- Catch Story: One of my favorite types of fishing is culvert fishing. Luckily for me it is overlooked by so many other fisherman. This beauty was hiding in the undercuts of a bank on a bend in a creek running from one lake to another just off a county road. I tossed a black/blue bass jig right outside the undercut, and WHAM! no hesitation. It hit hard and fought hard. I've caught many large fish in creeks like this, but this was a true beast.
