- Catch Story: Camden caught this Rock Bass fishing in front of our cabin on Mille Lacs. He caught it in 7 feet of water while fishing for Smallmouth bass with a leech and a bobber. He thought he had caught a smallmouth bass but realized it was a Rock Bass. We measured it and released it. Later we looked online and saw it was just shy of a state record!
